Therrestra Internal Talent Policy:
Our talent is present since the first moment our clients bestow their trust in us. It is in that precise moment, where we deploy our philosophy out in the field, hence reassuring it time and time again. Be it while developing structures, overseeing a work, our team of engineers focuses on every detail.
Today, Therrestra features over 200 professionals and engineers. As true connoisseurs of our environment, we maintain a solid commitment towards the community that saw Therrestra’s inception. Moca, in the Espaillat province, in the Dominican Republic. Here, we carry out a series of volunteer inititiatives.
We are a success story. Our secret lies in the trust given one day to our first engineer, our CEO Hugo Pérez Ovalles.
