Madrid, Spain.- It’s no news that the Feria Internacional del Turismo (FITUR) (*International Tourism Trade Fair) has become the rendezvous venue on agenda for the key international audiences. Yet however, it is news that for this occasion, FITUR 2018, this trade show has positioned itself as the most participative and important event of its nature since its creation. GRUPO THERRESTRA, continuously focused on generating trust, talent and openness to all circumstances, has been an essential component of the space dedicated to the Dominican Republic, one of the most tourist-alluring countries in the world, and there THERRESTRA has clearly proven to be protagonist thereof.
For this edition of FITUR, its most international version yet, its participation increased by 13% versus last year, and once again exceeded all expectations, having to increase its space by 5%, thus reaching 65,000m2 of net showcase space. Also, exhibition stands increased by 8% versus 2016, breaking the record for international participation at 10,000 participants from 165 countries around the world.
Located at one of FITUR’s most important core areas, was the site dedicated to the Dominican Republic, where THERRESTRA, was one of its star participants, thanks to the distinguished and impeccable trajectory achieved by years of hard work in the field of design, development and oversight.
